Notes
Touchblue has never hesitated to speak on it whenever it needed to be spoken… on. In this spoken word piece, we explore the oppression of Thanksgiving and it’s forgotten history. Or should I say, it’s turkstory. It is appalling to us that such an integral event in world history is not even a national holiday anymore.
**Footage is from a live performance at Magkasama, Kaibigang Pilipino’s annual arts and culture festival at UCSD. Forgive the audio drop-offs, particularly with Francis’ microphone. A wireless world may never be a perfect one.
