Wowzers. This year, on Saturday, March 29 from 8-9PM, “Earth Hour” goes global! From SF to Manila to… Christchurch (Yup, that’s a real city. In New Zealand.), millions of folks – including businesses and corporations – will be turning off their lights in a worldwide movement to cool the warming globe.

Whether you watch it or read it, this speech given yesterday by Barack Obama will either give you goose pimples or have you shed a single tear. In response to the attacks made against his pastor, Rev. Wright, for making inflammatory remarks about America in his sermons – Barack does not simply condemn his pastor and hope to move forward from a political mea culpa, but he insightfully addresses the long-ignored issue of Race in America and he HOLDS THE REVEREND DOWN.
